§ 12-25. Same—Expiration; refunds.

(a)

All licenses issued for a full year, or any portion thereof, shall expire at 12:00 midnight of June 30 of the license year.

(b)

No rebate or refund of any license fee or part thereof shall be made by reason of the nonuse of such license or by reason of a change of the location of the business rendering the use of such license ineffective. However, the city license officer may refund a license fee or prorated portion thereof where such fee was collected in error.
