§ 2-458. Appropriations; deposit of receipts.

The council shall include in its annual appropriation ordinance the necessary appropriations for the operation of the parks and recreation department in accordance with the budget approved by the council. All fees, contributions or other income collected by the department shall be deposited with the city treasurer and credited to the general fund.
