§ 46-49. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Premises means each lot or parcel of land, building or premises having any connection to the water distribution system of the city or to leave the sewage disposal system of the city.
